The hotel had some nice features but also a few drawbacks. The rooms, while not bad, could have been brighter and some renovations were evident. The location was convenient to some amenities but faced challenges like being near the elevator. The service was excellent, with staff being friendly and accommodating, although improvements in certain areas could be made. Dining was satisfactory but could use some enhancement. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some positive highlights and some areas needing attention.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and nice considering the price paid, but there was an unpleasant surprise with dog food on the floor and bugs on the dresser. The common areas, particularly the elevators, were not well-maintained, which was disappointing.
The hotel had clean rooms, but I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness in the drawers from the dresser and nightstand. The bathroom counter and sink were very tiny with a small mirror. However, the new tile flooring was a nice touch, despite it still 'oozing,' which they said was normal.
